Overview
"I want a 33-foot dayboat I can leave with the family for an overnight, with outboards I can flip up and a cabin that doesn't apologise for being below deck."
Who this boat is for
Couples and small families who want a fast 33-foot dayboat that can quietly become a weekender — not a sport cruiser, not a centre console, something cleaner than both.
Hisham's take
The 2025 VIDA is Bavaria's smartest single-cabin daycruiser yet. A new walk-around bathing platform you can step onto from either side, a cockpit that converts from a six-seat dinette into a 2.10-metre sun lounge in three cushion-moves, and a forward cabin with a real head and shower below. Power comes from twin outboards — Suzuki DF300 AP or Mercury V8 — keeping the engine bay dry and serviceable. Designed by J&J Yacht Design, built in Germany, CE Category B8.

TheBoatfinder® Review
Our take, on the water.

The walk-around platform is the kind of detail you don't appreciate until you've helped guests off the back three times in a season — and the cabin below is genuinely usable for two adults overnight. Honest day boat with overnighter manners.
